Booking
As everything is made fresh to order, we recommend getting in touch as early as you can—especially for weekends and busy dates.
To book, just send us a message with a few details:
- What you’d like
- How many cupcakes
- Colours or style
- Collection or delivery date
We’ll confirm availability and talk through the details with you.
If you’re not sure on the exact design yet, that’s absolutely fine—you can secure your date first and finalise the details closer to the time. (Many bakers work this way due to planning and prep involved
Collection
You’re welcome to collect your order at an agreed time once it’s ready.
All cupcakes are carefully boxed so they’re easy to transport. We’ll also give you simple guidance on how best to carry them home (keeping them flat and avoiding sudden stops helps!).
Once your order has been collected, it’s your responsibility—but we’ll make sure it leaves us in the best condition possible. (Most cake makers follow this approach, as safe transport depends on handling after collection
Payments
Payments & Deposits
Once your order is confirmed, we may ask for a small deposit to secure your booking.
The remaining balance is usually due before collection or delivery.
This helps us plan ahead and make sure everything is prepared for your date.
We’ll always confirm payment details clearly when you place your order.
